It's written a list of likes and don't likes, meal times, how they played etc and the staff just took all this in their stride and fully appreciated how I felt. I need not have worried, they sent me photos of them running and playing in their secluded field. They even washed their bedding for me. I also collect my friends puppy and the only after effects I can see are that they are very tired and have slept for a good few hours now. Would I recommend these kennels? Yes definitely.
