He was very knowledgeable about places on our route and made what could have been an arduous journey (3 days from Derbyshire to Alicante) a pleasant one, in fact we felt like we were travelling with a friend. Even though we chose to accompany our cats we now know that had they travelled just with Rainier to look after them they would have been in the very best of hands 😺

They... read more had a lot of availability and they communicated promptly by email and phone - even calling me back out of their normal office hours. They listened to my extra requests in handling my nervous dog, and their driver kindly did exactly as promised. The driver (Greig) was exactly on time, chatty, and really attentive. He communicated really well by phone the day before and the day of the transport. The van was clean and well prepared for the journey. A brilliant service, with kind and attentive staff. I confidently commend them to anyone seeking such services.

The van was comfortable and spacious, making the journey for me and my friend a pleasant one. I was particularly impressed with the level of care Rainier provided for my cats. They were treated exceptionally well, and I felt confident that they were in safe hands throughout the journey.
