He was very knowledgeable about places on our route and made what could have been an arduous journey (3 days from Derbyshire to Alicante) a pleasant one, in fact we felt like we were travelling with a friend. Even though we chose to accompany our cats we now know that had they travelled just with Rainier to look after them they would have been in the very best of hands 😺

The driver Keith picked him up earlier than expected which was a big bonus as driver knew John, my son, was waiting at airport for a long period of time as hadnt wanted to leave airport. Keith couldnt do enough for John and his rather traumatised dog, stopping whenever they wanted t take toilet breaks. Thanks again guys. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were very quick in offering a quotation at a price lower than their competitors - even though they provide a better deal. They... read more had a lot of availability and they communicated promptly by email and phone - even calling me back out of their normal office hours. They listened to my extra requests in handling my nervous dog, and their driver kindly did exactly as promised. The driver (Greig) was exactly on time, chatty, and really attentive. He communicated really well by phone the day before and the day of the transport. The van was clean and well prepared for the journey. A brilliant service, with kind and attentive staff. I confidently commend them to anyone seeking such services.
